Difference Scroll Toolbar

This toolbar is displayed at the top of the Difference Visualization View of Visual Diff:

It contains the following controls:

Control	Description
	Go to the first change
	Go to the previous change
	Go to the next change
	Go to the last change
	Expand All nodes
	Collapse All nodes
Compare another	Switch back to the Initial View
Sync scrolling	If checked, scrolling of any of two areas causes scrolling of another one
