Reference for every command in the MMA menu bar.

File

Command	What it does
Open MetaMiner Administrator Log	Opens admin.log (MMA activity, including Power BI validation details)
Open MetaMiner Service Log	Opens server.log (MMS runtime and collection)
Open Diagnostic Log	Opens diagnostic.log
Open Threads Log	Opens threads.log
Open Log Folder	Opens server\logs\ in Windows Explorer
Purge Logs	Deletes everything in server\logs\
Create Log Bundle...	Zips the logs for Infolytik Support; see Log Bundle for Support
Analyze Logs...	Scans a log folder and opens an HTML report; see Analyze Logs
Quit	Closes MMA after the last change is saved

Stop the server before Purge Logs

Purge Logs removes every file under server\logs\, including the logs of a running server. Stop the server first, and create a log bundle beforehand if you may need the evidence.

Preferences

Command	What it does
Settings...	Opens the server settings dialog; see Settings Overview
Choose Language...	Sets the MMA display language

Tools

Command	What it does
External Services...	Lists MetaMiner companion services and their status
FSS Configuration...	Configures the Flow Scheduler Service. Used only with Tableau; not needed for Power BI.

Security

The Security menu holds Encrypt Config..., Enable MetaMiner Security, Enable Power BI SSO, Define Users... and Define Roles... (plus single sign-on items for other licensed platforms). These are covered in the Security section:

Online Documentation	Opens the MetaMiner online documentation
Compare Editions	Opens the editions comparison page on infolytik.com
Data Integrity Status	Opens the server status page in a browser
About	Shows the version and license details
