Content Health

The Content Health dashboard finds reports nobody views, workspaces to archive, and structurally broken or abandoned content.

Open it with Select Analysis > Content Health. It follows the common filters; see Command Center. Usage figures (views, refreshes) follow the selected range. Inventory figures in Governance Debt show the current state and ignore the date filter.

A report counts as viewed only when a view is in the activity log

Reports viewed through embedding or apps are counted when the Power BI activity log records a view event for them. Views before the start of MetaMiner's activity history are not known. See Data Freshness.
