Moving the versions folder

When you change Versions Path, copy all folders from the old location (by default server\backup) to the new one, or existing versions will not be found.

Both paths can be local or UNC paths. The Windows account that runs the metaminer service needs read and write access. For a UNC path, run the service under a domain account that has access to the share; see Service Accounts.

Keep Web Intelligence versions? Off Saves a version of each changed Web Intelligence document, so you can compare and restore earlier versions webi.keep.history

Disk space

Make sure there is enough space in the Versions Path. See Document Processing for how often versions are taken and how many are kept.
