Object Actions¶
This reference lists every action on the CMS Explorer right-click menu, what it applies to and which permission or license it needs.

License and permission
The client builds the menu for the current selection: an action appears (or is enabled) only when it applies to every selected object and your MetaMiner role grants its permission on that environment. Permission names below are the names shown in MetaMiner Administrator (MMA); see Permissions Reference. Edition limits are described in Editions and Licensing.
Selections across environments
You can select objects from several environments for most actions. When the selection includes an environment row together with other rows, no menu is shown.
Environment row¶

Save submenu¶

The Save submenu appears when all selected objects come from one environment.
Maintenance actions¶

Purge Report Data changes BusinessObjects content
Purging removes the data stored in the documents. Users see empty reports until the next refresh. Test on a few documents first.
TODO: confirm Purge Report Data behaviour for documents with prompts and for scheduled instances
